The warmth of a mid-century living room — with a very good bar.

Inspired by the cocktail culture of the 1950s and early '60s, Demure is a modern interpretation of the cocktail party — where hospitality, conversation, and a well-made drink take center stage. Not a bar you shout over. A room you settle into.
